We would like to be able to offer you the cottage on your preferred dates, some visitors book well in advance, please let us know your requirements. Please read carefully. All bookings must be in writing and accompanied with the relevant deposit. This can be done by either telephoning us for a booking form or copying this and posting to us.
1. While we use our best endeavour to ensure the accuracy of all information supplied and details of the property, we will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from information given orStatements made, the property is inspected on a weekly basis.2. We will not be liable for any act, neglect or default on the part of any person nor any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience whether to person or property which the tenant or any other person may suffer or incur arising out of or in any way connected with the letting or resulting from any other cause whatsoever.3. A deposit of 25% of the total letting is required with the booking form. In the event of a booking not being accepted the full deposit would be returned immediately. If a booking is accepted, the tenant becomes liable for the balance of the rent for the full period of the letting, which must be paid two weeks prior to the commencement of the letting.4. The number of people occupying the property may not exceed the number on the booking form, maximum of 4.5. The tenant agrees to keep the property and all fitments, furniture equipment and other contents in or on the property in a like state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the letting and will make good (or will arrange with us to make good) any damage, breakage, or loss that may occur during the period of letting.6. Unless otherwise stated, the rental of the property includes, rates, feu duty, insurance of the property and solid fuel. The property is equipped with crockery, cutlery, blankets, duvets and adequate cleaning equipment, but not linen or towels.7. Holiday lettings are by the week (unless by prior arrangement) from Saturday 4pm to Saturday morning 10am. The time lapse is to enable the property to be inspected in between lets to ensure everything is in good order. Long lets can be arranged in advance.8. I enclose a cheque for £ (Payable to D.C.Macmath). Being 25% deposit, and agree to forward the balance of the rental (plus electricity surcharge, see charges) no later than two weeks prior to the commencement of the let. I have read the Terms and Conditions attached and accepted it; I am over 21 years of age and accept that my booking is for the holiday period stated above. I am willing to accept responsibility for any breakages and will vacate the property at the conclusion of the period above as agreed.
